How This Index Works
ICAG already publishes its past papers. The problem is arrangement, and it's measurable.
What icagh.org's own page looks like
icagh.org's past-questions page carries 650 document links in ~8,365 words of body text, arranged as roughly 27 repeating diet blocks in rough date order — no index by paper, no index by year, and no filter or page-scoped search. Finding one paper means scrolling or Ctrl-F through the whole list.
45 of those 650 links (7%) point at icagh.com/newsite, a
domain that times out on repeated fetch — dead. Filenames are inconsistent, some carrying
visible copy-paste artefacts from a bulk upload, e.g.
ADVANCED-TAXATION.pdf-Nov-2012.pdf.
What we built instead
A paper × sitting matrix: 473 files across all 14 papers and 30 identified sittings, one page per paper, one row per paper in the full matrix. We HEAD-checked every one of the 473 links ourselves before publishing — every one returns HTTP 200.
We link. We do not mirror.
The PDFs are ICAG's copyright. Every link on this site points at ICAG's own file on
icagh.org, opens in a new tab, and carries rel="nofollow noopener". We host
none of them. Our product is the index — the arrangement, the dead-link filtering, and
consistent naming — not the documents themselves.
Why we don't label files "question" or "solution"
ICAG's own filenames don't reliably distinguish a question paper from its suggested solution — some do, most don't, and the two derivation methods we tried to tell them apart disagreed on 361 of 436 files checked. Rather than guess and be wrong on a study aid, we show every file for a paper and sitting and let the filename speak for itself.
What we can't confirm
Some files carry no sitting we could parse from the filename — those sit in an "Undated" column rather than a guessed date. Where ICAG's own published fees, dates or figures are unconfirmed for the current cycle, we say so and link to icagh.org rather than state a number we haven't verified.
